Great location, it’s 5 minutes walk to the Rhodes ferry terminal and less than 10 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly. There is no elevator but reception kindly gave us a hand with all our luggage. The only downside is the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors as well as all the traffic on the street. It wasn’t a huge downside for us, but I would just be wary of it if you’re sensitive to noise/are a light sleeper

Great apartments, we had the family one with 2 bedrooms which was perfect for us. Kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, everything you could need. And it was pretty quiet in this noisy neighborhood. Excellent!

Very nice view on the sea side. Just get to-go food and eat in the balcony. There are multiple grocery stores close by. Parking is available but 5 minutes walking. It is a little hard to unload the car since the hotel is on a busy main street. We forgot one bag outside due to rush but the hotel employees were very helpful and found us to hand us the bag we left behind while checking in.

We had a suite with 2 rooms, tea and coffee making facilities, a bar fridge and washing machine. The view of the marina was lovely and we had 2 nice balconies. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and there were lots of nice restaurants near by.

This hotel was amazing. I stayed in Fethiye overnight to get the ferry to Rhodes, Greece in the morning and this hotel was a ONE MINUTE WALK from the ferry! You could see it from the balcony, which overlooks the beautiful marina with lots of ships coming and going. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well. I walked up the hill to Nude restaurant (5 minute walk) and had an amazing meal. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to Fethiye.

Lovely suite hotel with washer inside. Staff does not speak perfect English, but they try their best to help. The only downside is if you drive, the hotel does not have parking lot and it can be difficult.

I got what I expected although I booked the executive single the bedroom very comfortable.Loved the fresh feeling of tge building itself,staff extremely accomodating too.For those with disability issues please keep in mind no lift is available so ask for lower floors.

Great place - Full Value for money

Great apartments with all the facilities needed. Our suite had a washing machine, clothes iron and a dishwasher. Perfect to refresh our wardrobe after several days of travelling around Turkey. Carrefour supermarket was just across the street. The staff also helped me get a parking on the road in front of the hotel. Fully recommend. Great value for money.

Very clean and well decorated. No elevator, we had to carry our luggages to 4th floor. The GPS location shared on Expedia is wrong, so it took us a quite some trouble to find it. Use their address is more accurate on the map. Parking is hard in the area.

What a G-E-M! Premisses itself would get five stars with flying colors, for its charm, smart design, tasteful decoration, and cleanliness. There is a kitchenette equipped with all essential kitchenware, including a dish washer, and a washing machine! The location is prime, right across from the Marina (with a Carrefour) and at an easy walking distance to the city center, restaurants and entertainment. It would be our only choice in Fethiye for future travels and we do 100% recommend it to all fellow travellers.

Nasıl utanmadan böyle bir oda yapmaya karar vermişler akıl alır gibi değil. Asansör yok. 4. kata çıkana kadar anamız ağladı. Allahtan biz bu oteli sadece gece uyuyup sabah Rodos feribotuna binmek için tercih ettik. Yoksa tatile filan gelecek olanlar aman dikkat etsin.
