“Nice stay. But water service was just for first day. And some staffs are not nice to asian. They didn’t say hello to me in the morning. They just say hello other people next to me. I thought they ignored me. ”

“A perfect stay in Milan! Our trip started on a high note thanks to the incredibly friendly reception staff. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It was also a good size for two people to stay without any discomfort. Above all, the breakfast was delicious and the 24-hour free snacks were a huge plus. The location is also great—only a 5-minute walk from both the tram and subway stations. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Milan!”
