" It has an unbelievable view it was amazing to look at the Pao de Azúcar mountain morning evening and night. This was definitely the best thing in this hotel. Unfortunately our Ac wasn't working I had to wait until 2 rooms later at 11pm and it was just too much for me. Manager thought we could not understand Brazilian Portuguese, and scolded staff for changing our room with out her knowledge. No wonder it takes so long to help the client. Basically I paid a full day in a room with out being in it. Staff was attentive and they tried to help. Hope they can make the adjustments to management, it's unnecessary for someone to travel so far and not be able to rest in a paid room and not even be compensated. Breakfast was superb. Best coffee I had all week. Waiters and food at restaurant were excellent also. Pool could be better maintained the glass of the rooftop is stained witch can spoil the view. That area also is a bit small for me. "
