"I had full a knee replacement surgery a couple of months ago and although I have recently graduated from a walker to a cane, when I arrived at the front desk he must have noticed my limp because he assigned me to an accessibility room even though I had tried to make the reservation but Expedia said they were out of it. He went above and beyond is duty and I would like to thank him and your hotel :)"
