“Lots of gangs of kids hanging around, and not a safe feeling area. Property lacked basic things that you’d expect in a hotel. No one on site to contact to rectify things. Not a good place to stay. ”

“We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. “After a mixup where there was no bedding for the sofa bed, the owner of the property sorted it out very quickly for me. The property makes great use of the space - design is great. Makes a perfect base from which to explore the area. We will return if we come down to the area again ”
