Room was very clean and well presented . But little cold as central heating had not been turned on. Although breakfast was not included in the price there was supposed to be breakfast available. Clean, up to date facilities, incredibly helpful staff making ground transport reservations. Place was packed for holiday travel, but the staff in dining area were accommodating and pleasant.
