"We stayed in the upper unit, right on the lake, great views, nice big decks all around the property, clean and well maintained, nicely furnished, owner was lovely and very responsive, will definitely stay again "

Loved having a full kitchen with everything we'd need. I will definitely look into staying there on my next trip to Cortland!"

"Kitchen needs serious cleaning and attention. Cabinets were filthy and had garbage in them. Dishwasher was horrid and could not be used due to stagnant smelly water still in it. Beds were very hard. Price was great and host was attentive. "

"Absolute nightmare with BATS flying inside the property at night causing us to panic and lock ourselves in the bedroom, which was the only room with a door. We were 4 adults and we had to huddle on one queen bed all night while the bats were flying all over the house! Even on check in, there were dirty wet towels on the floor, trash in the bins, beds were slept in! No cleaning was done after the last guests checked out. "Floor around toilet spongy, no 3 way lightbulbs, entire seating area needs to move towards kitchen because lamp in corner is inaccessible and square end table sticks into traffic. I'll probably rent again if this review doesn't get me banned."
