Nothing was too much trouble, from the provision of information about Syros to phoning taxis for us. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent, as was her very worthwhile recommendation to visit the town's art gallery which was exhibiting some of the work of the famous Greek sculptor, Theodoros Papagiannis. “We were very surprised this is a Michelin key hotel. Yes, it had recently been renovated with lots of marble. Small rooms. Bad breakfast with tiny bufffet. Pool tiny and unclean. Hamman only by appointment. Check in person was arrigant and left us waiting while she did other things. Felt very disrespected.”
