NB the evening I was there the restaurant was closed for a rpivate function, which meant walking 20mins or getting the bus back into town to find a restaurant. TL;DR: rooms are dated but very comfortable, breakfast is incredible, location is great for exploring Weimar. Now the full version: check-in was easy and fast, staff was very friendly.
