"Wish I could give more than 5 stars for the staff! Fletched and Brian at the front desk were super helpful and friendly- they are rays of sunshine. Whole place was immaculate. Room was quiet and comfortable with a good view. Wholeheartedly recommend!"

"Overall a clean hotel with well maintained facilities. Easy kick check—in system. Rooms are sparse but well designed. Downsides are 1) no sound proofing in rooms. We could literally hear full conversations of guests in the next room speaking at normal volume. 2) common area for guests with water and coffee not maintained. Water was empty both times I stopped by. 3) there is no where in the entire food ecosystem at the Public to get a cocktail until 5pm. 4) bathrooms in the rooms offer no privacy. Kind of a tinted or frosted glass that you can see through. Weird. Despite upsides, would not stay here again. "

"I came home for the weekend...seen family. I booked my stay at this hotel because I liked everything about it... the hotel itself(stayed here every time I came home), the location, accessibility to subways, buses, restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was gone of the check-in personal wash rude. Prior to me coming to the hotel, I called to confirm my room and additional fees. I wanted to interact with the staff member I spoke to. When I inquired about him, I was met with an attitude. I spoke to night manager who was courteous and understanding. I will Always stay at this hotel because of the ease in making reservations, accessibility and the staff. I would recommend."

"Rooms were soooo hot and we were not able to turn on the AC. Problem is during winter months they run only heat. Wasn’t able to turn off heat in room therefore we had to crack a window to help offset, which barely helped. If I’m paying for a room, I want control over my own thermostat. Not what I expect from a Sheraton property. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful, however, the internet was intermittent and the mattress was very hard. Housekeeping tried their best to accommodate by adding extra comforters, but we both still woke up with back pain. The gym had no towels, sanitizer or tissues. Housekeeping was friendly but didn't speak English - we had use google translate to communicate. not a big deal, just thought you would have to learn to speak the language to work in the US - especially in hospitality. "

"This hotel looks completely different than the advertised photos. They have a large sign advertising renting rooms by the hour. I was unable to check into my booking because there was no staff. I would not book this hotel, and I recommend Expedia no longer promote it. Do not book a stay at this hotel "
