“Beautiful location & hotel was nice. The staff was friendly & useful. The only negatives we found were 1. The floors were very noisy/squeaky 2. We stayed there on a Summer day/evening, there was no fans or air conditioning so the room was very warm”

“Very conveniently located to Loch Lomond & the highlands. The staff (Alistair, Faith, & George, to name a few) were professional, friendly, and accommodating. The dining room was bright & neat & clean. The food was very nice and there was a wide variety to choose from for dinner. This is an older hotel, but everything worked. The soundproofing was excellent! Could not hear the motorway or people in adjacent rooms or in the hallway, even though the hotel was full.”

“Lovely hotel. Amazing staff. Only downfall was the church bells that ring on the hour. Including overnight. Would stay again even with the chimes due to the amazing staff and homely feel of the hotel.”

“Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi”

“Staff was horrible. No or wrong info and knocking on the door in the middle of the night for no reason. ( the guy didn’t answer when asked ).”
