Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi”

“My main problem was sorted once I reported it, but it was an unusual scenario, I believe, in that my room had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The manager was superb in accepting my observations and promised to get the room cleaned by housekeeping the following day whilst I was out (I stayed for 2 nights). “Very clean and extremely helpful staff. I believe it is fairly obvious, but to climb either the front stairs, or follow the road to park a vehicle at the side of the hotel (beside red postbox) is fairly challenging for those of an elderly / infirm position. Anyone younger, it is a great workout routine! I WOULD BOOK this hotel again. Great area and nice short walk into town where you have everything you need.”
