Carpets and rooms smell a little like cigarettes and it is not well staffed for a hotel of this caliber — ie nobody at front desk, nobody answers phone, take your own luggage, grouchy towel ladies, etc. if you’re okay with that, which I was, this place was great."

I loved the option of the different swimming pools, the inside pool, the spa all the amenities the room was just to die for I didn’t make it to the beach, but it’s a great location to come Breakfast was state-of-the-art never ate so much good breakfast in my life. "I’ve been staying at the hotel few times already. Last year I noticed the hotel grounds were not very well maintained but this year the hotel was visibly getting old, poorly kept and outdated. The grounds were dirty, the swimming pools were not clean, the gym is unsafe for children and people just let them play inside unsupervised. The hotel hallways were dirty and smell bad and you could smell cigarettes everywhere. The staff is not helpful and try to do very little of their job, at the business check in time they had one staff member and the counter and long waiting line. The 2 elevators were rarely working and so small to fit more than 4 people. Huge disappointment overall "
