Beautiful property and location, sensational sunrises and sunsets. Excellent service. The restaurant service is great, the food is disappointing, we would much prefer a more simple a la carte options to the buffet.

We had a room for 3 which was ok. Nothing special. Our stay was mid of may so it was already colder and very windy. The breakfast buffet was good. The dinner buffet was ok. I had the feeling since it was a hotel/lodge chain and it was the only one there, they didn’t make as much effort as other lodges.

Zimmer voll in Ordnung. Personal freundlich. Extrem tolle Lage und Anlage. Sehr schöner Pool. Aber halt sehr groß 🤗. Abrechnungstechnisch gab es Schwierigkeiten und eine recht lange Prozedur. Warum, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen.

Nette Anlage in Alleinlage, gut 20 Minuten vom Canyon entfernt. Straßenverhältnisse von Keetmanshoop sind allerdings anspruchsvoll, insbesondere bei Regen (Achtung: Wasserquerungen!). Essen war gut und reichlich. Zimmer war etwas ältlich, aber völlig ok. Guter Service. Empfehlenswerte zweistündige Abendwanderung auf den Felsen hinter der Anlage.

Es war so wunderschön. Die Atmosphäre und Kulisse ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis. Das Essen war erste Klasse und der Service ebenfalls. Ein Muss auf jeder Namibia Rundreise! Eine der besten Unterkünfte in denen ich bisher war.

Gute Anlage mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern

Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind sehr zugewandt, freundlich und engagiert. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass ein sehr gutes Team zusammenarbeitet! Unangenehm fanden wir den Kot der Klippschliefer am Pool und auf den Liegen. Leider war auch die Bar dort nicht geöffnet bzw. der Kühlschrank abgeschlossen. Bei über 40 Grad ist der Weg zur Hauptbar weit. Das Essen am Weihnachtsabend war hervorragend! Danke für einen schönen atmosphärischen Abend!

Wunderschöner Ausgangspunkt um den Canyon zu besichtigen. Am Pool werden Getränke serviert. Am Abend gibts einen Spaziergang zum nöchsten Hügel um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Am großzügigen Gelände mit Wasserloch kommen hin und wieder auch Tiere zu Besuch. Jedenfalls zu empfehlen. Frühstück und Abendessen (Büfett) waren sehr gut.

Fabuleux er paysible

Endroit au bout du monde où le village disposé en arc de cercle autour du lobby se fond dans le paysage. Personnel gentil, sympathique, aimable, ... du matin au soir. Les chambres sont propres et originales, moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Bonne literie. Salle de bain pratique, eau bien chaude. Déjeuner buffet copieux et bien achalandé. Repas du soir (mise en bouche et dessert servis à table, entrée et plat principal sous forme de buffet). Repas et boissons : prix raisonnables. Bien localisé pour se rendre aux points de vue du Fisher Canyon. Plusieurs belles activités proposées.
