The hotel is beautiful. The view is wonderful. Everything is clean, and the staff is amazing. The breakfast situation, however is a sh** show. It's extremely overcrowded, packing people shoulder-to-shoulder into the elevators. Then, waiting in line for a table. Then, fighting the crowd to get food and drink. By the time I got to my table, my food was cold because I had to wait in line for each item. There are just too many people to fit into one room. I would rather skip breakfast.

There was a time difference in the booking. After arriving I was turned around and not offered any rooms for me and 5 members of my family including my elderly mother. They refused to refund me, but I’m glad Expedia offered compensation for the error.
