The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary morning spa access for hotel guests made this one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve had in recent years.
I would especially like to thank the reception staff member who assisted me on the evening of September 29 and the spa staff member who helped me on the morning of September 30. Their exceptional kindness and hospitality really stood out and made my stay even more special.
The room was excellent, the breakfast was fantastic, and everything exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bergen. I would definitely stay here again!"
