"Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location, free car parking, average breakfast, clean and quiet. Regarding our room, we booked a room and they gave us something different. WiFi signal was very poor in the room. In addition, breakfast could be improved. Bare in mind that check n time is limited, until 6 PM, and remember to collect the summer card. it will offer you many benefits."

"Very nice resort, clean room. Located in a beautiful town, near the lake and mountains. Close to train station so it was convenient for us. Unfortunately the reception staff is not friendly and welcoming. You literally have to beg for any information. No smiling no desire to communicate.
