“Two things are paramount to me for a hotel room. The bed and bathroom. The bed and pillows at the double tree were excellent and I had the best sleep of my trip during the stay in this hotel. All Hiltons should follow the standard of bed and pillow quality that is at this hotel! The bathroom was nice but the water pressure was a bit low. “The pool is out of service. The attendant we hardly at the desk. Called 3 times, no answer so left messages to see if we could check in early. Never a call back since we got there first. The place in not kept up. Bathroom nozzle in the tub is coming out of the wall. You have to ask her for ice too since no ice making machine. We got out of there quick the next morning and changed our stay to Travelodge.”

“For the price we paid, the room was absolutely unacceptable. No closet, no iron, windows unit for ac and so loud. Had two use 2 remotes for the TV. Room was not cleaned for 2 days, 1small bar of soap for 5 days. The worst was the lighting, only one small lamp on the night tables, room was super dark, the lamp was so small and did not give any light, the other night table emptied. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“I could see daylight out of my door. After talking to the front desk about this several times and then asking for a refund for the 2nd night stay the manager came to my door at 9:45pm and was aggressiveI and intimating. The breakfast was cereal and toast and super microwaved eggs in a bag. The rooms were old and dirty even though the pictures look quite clean and new. I assure you they are not. “We checked in to this hotel ad was immediately turned off by the people staying there. We saw a lady in the front of the hotel that was very shady looking. We checked into the hotel room and saw stains on the bed, on the wall and the bathroom was unclean. My wife and two children were scared to stay here so we immediately checked out within 10 minutes and moved into another hotel. “Staff were friendly and helped when I needed assistance with options of what the area offered and with the computer. The evening dinners on Monday and Tuesday were amazing. Loved the options provided and the kitchen staff did a wonderful job always checking to see if any of the food options needed to be refilled. Love Staybridges hotels and have been to many throughout the USA.”

Mind you we stayed in Rapid during the 4th of July 🎆, 250 birthday - place was packed- breakfast great never ran out, cinnamon rolls were phenomenal, eggs hit a spot I didn't know I needed, coffee bar was good.
