"We had a wonderful time at Hyatt Place Rapid City. We arrived early and they were very accommodating and was able to let us check in earlier than we were scheduled to. the room is very spacious and clean. Didn't get a chance to take advantage of the amenities. We did eat breakfast and I thought it had a good selection. "

"We love the style of our room, the double King suite, was very reasonably priced and it suited our small family of four perfect. We especially enjoyed that there were two separate areas to showers which made cleaning up after swimming super quick for bigger families. I was however disappointed that the hot tub was not working, even though they told us before we checked it that it would be working the next day however continued to be out of service the rest of our trip. The first morning my son found a hair in his eggs, opted out of breakfast the rest of our trip. "

"The staff was kind. Teh hotel has seen better days. It looks worn out. The style is super old, the waterfall is a dated feature that was being repaired when it should be eliminated. The area was not great for eating or getting gas. Overall I would not stay there again. "

"Room was clean and spacious. The thermostat didn’t seem to work so we were warm overnight. The hot tubs were severely below an appropriate water level making that less enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant. "
