"Check in was not the greatest the gentleman that checked us in says it will take a few hours so we went to eat and came back and he says might be another hour still not ready so that shift left he left and we’re still sitting there so I went to go ask the new girl that took his shift. She says oh yes, it’s ready so we sat there for an extra hour for nothing."
"The hotel is definitely not anything like the pictures. This is false advertisement. When we got there I requested three rooms next to each other however when I recieved the keys one
Of the rooms were not clean. I had to get another room next to someone that actually lived there. I have never been to a motel where people are actually living there and paying rent. This is more like a motel 6. It is nothing like what it’s described. The pool is actually a lot smaller than the pictures. The lobby is nothing like the pictures. The a/c was not properly working. It was very hot in the room we had to leave the window open. It was a lot cooler outside. There are employees constantly staring at you. The environment was not good at all. When we were getting ready to leave there was a man standing outside across from our room just staring waiting for us to leave. It was not a great stay. I like days inn but this one in flagstaff on lucky lane was definitely nothing like a days inn. Another thing, I stayed for two night three days and I needed more towels. The housekeeping lady was rude and asked for me to bring all the used towels to her which was a lot for all three rooms however only gave me two towels per room when i had given her a lot more than that. This place has people living there and constantly staring at you. It also said no smoking but the guy next to us was smoking outside his room. Very unprofessional and not a great place to stay."
