This is such a nice place! It smells amazing when you walk in. Room was so clean. Comfortable bed! Nice big towels and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff. I will stay again if in the area!

We were visiting Flagstaff for one night and decided to stay at Voco due to affordability and location. Hotel was very clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was a bit spartan, could have used a comfortable chair in corner instead of the lounge. The bedding was comfortable, as were the pillows. Bathroom well equipped. There were soft ear plugs provided, which made us a bit concerned for noise. No need to use ear plugs, room was quiet. We had purchased breakfast for the 2 of us for $17 total. We werent expecting much for the price. We were pleasantly surprised at the choices for breakfast for a mere $17. And again, front desk and restaurant staff were so accommodating.

This hotel not necessarily set up to accommodate an adult requiring 90-100% wheelchair movement - rooms are on smaller side (incl. bath/shower).
