โThe room is wonderful, spacious and newly renovated. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Hess Village is just a block away and has many options for dining. I wouldnโt go down there alone or at night, though. The area is a bit sketchy. โ
โRooms were comfy, clean and well stocked. The restaurant offered great meals and the staff there were excellent! Also enjoyed the pool facilities.โ
โThe hotel and its staff were superior from the front desk clerk to the housekeeping staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was about on par with other hotel "free" breakfasts, but it all was well organized, very clean and fresh. The hotel location was great on Upper James St. as there was everything you could imagine within a 5 minute drive. We'll definitely plan on staying here again.โ
โVery convenient off the highway. I had a beautiful room ... an Executive King. Very clean and quiet. Nice amenities. Breakfast was decent. Great price. I'd definitely stay here again.โ
โwe were very impressed with the South Service Rd Burlington , Ontario Comfort Inn. Good breakfast, nice facility inviting rooms, all round lovely.
Our only complaint was, there is no elevator to the second floor, and my mom who is 95 yrs old has difficulty with the stairs. Especially having to carry luggage.
The night staff was very helpful, and even though she had a broken arm, carried the one suitcase to the room. โ
