"Einfahrt zum Hotel zwischen 13.30 und 15.30 Uhr nicht möglich. Da macht die Schranke Mittagspause und man soll die Koffer mehrere Hundert Meter zum Hotel rollen. Schlecht gemacht."

"The place they put me in was not the place I paid for. I was supposed to stay in the saturno, but they put me in another place called Stella polare. It was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and probably hadn't been used in months. The shower was broken, stove didn't work, and a whole host of other issues, ..."

"Nice accommodation, albeit a little tired in places. However, you've everything you need and everything worked without issue.
