“Friendly staff”

“It’s located at a great place. I had the room with the view facing the Caspian. It was lovely. You have amazing restaurants nearby. If you stay there I recommend visiting Palace of Shirivanshas from within the old city. Overall a great place near Nizami as well. Plus a 2 minute walk from the BakuGP track. Staff was super helpful and great - breakfasts are organic which is good. One thing to note is that Taxis don’t drive inside the old city you have to negotiate or go down which is tricky but...

“You book with them, but when you turn up your room is not available and you have to settle for a lot lesser room, or cancel and wander the streets looking elsewhere. The staff were nice and friendly but the way the hotel works and the way they will take bookings when the room you try to book is not available is very wrong. We booked the Panoramic 2 bed apartment with Balcony but got 1 night in a very ordinary hotel room and another in a unpleasant apartment.”

“Bakü gezimizde konakladığımız bu otelden çok memnun ayrıldık. Özellikle çalışanlardan Kamran Bey bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu; nezaketi ve misafirperverliği için kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Otelin kahvaltısı gayet güzel, lezzetli ve beklentimizi karşılayacak düzeyde yeterliydi. Genel olarak tüm personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.”

“Rigtig godt og komfortabelt hotel i rolige omgivelser. Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til seværdigheder, indkøb, restauranter og den gamle by er indenfor gåafstand. Personalet er venligt og meget hjælpsomt. Hotellets standard er bestemt til mere end to stjerner. Morgenmaden var dog en anelse kedelig for os danskere”

“他の口コミの通り、朝食がとても良かったです！パンもジャムもチーズもサラダも全て選択肢が多く、美味しかったです！日本でいうおかず的なものは日により違いますが、それぞれ美味しかったです！3日間でも全て試せなかったです！さすがシェラトンって思いました！景色の良いカスピ海を見ながら、朝食を食べるのは最高でした！ サウナやジムもあります！歩いて行ける距離にデニズモールがあるので、ショッピングもできます！英語も通じます！”

“The hotel certainly is not 4 star. It says parking is available, but cars cannot even enter the old town. We tried to call the hotel, but no one answer at 9pm. We ended up parking far away from the hotel.”

“The hotel is in a great position with a great restaurant with a view. However there is not a buffet breakfast as the picture suggest. Breakfast was good but they also offer you coffee which at checkout they charge you an exorbitant price for. It was good coffee and I don't mind paying for it but they need to be honest from the start!”
