“Everything was very nice”

“단층짜리라 방 앞에 주차를 할 수 있어 편리합니다. 조식은 간단한 수준으로 제공 됩니다. 화장실 변기의 물이 잘 내려가지 않고, 오래된 에어컨디션의 상태는 먼지가 많았습니다. 냉장고와 전자렌지 내부도 얼룩이 있고 지저분했습니다. ”

“The rooms were great. However, there were no sitting chairs in the room and no luggage racks for luggage placement to retrieve your luggage items. We stayed in two previous Comfort Inns on the trip prior to Rocksprings. They had both amenities.”

“Staff was wonderful, easy to work with. the bed for the most part was comfortable very, very springy. The downside of the room: there was an enormous gap in my door. I had to use towels and pillowcases to close up that gap safety lock barely caught into the latch and the deadbolt was a joke. The room smelled like grandma’s perfume was sprayed all over to hide cigarette smoke. The curtains were kind of crunchy feeling, I was afraid to open them. “I would leave 0 stars but that isn’t an option! First problem is EVERY night we had to get our key reprogrammed. Second problem the fridge in our room kept “freezing” and we were unable to use it. They didn’t care. Third the TV in our room didn’t work - again didn’t care. Fourth the laundry. I washed my clothes they were still dry! I talked to management only to get insulted. Then was informed if I didn’t want to use their machine I can walk to the laundry mat. Fifth no service for the room -...
