"John the owner was very polite. Quick response time. Everything was clean and spotless when arrived. Very cute and cozy room. The bed slept really nice which was a plus. The wicker park area is a great location, near lots of food places, including a Target just a 2 minute walk up the street. My staycation went well. I will be booking again as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. :)"

"Loved the check-in and check-out process. Very easy and excellent communication through texts, emails and the Kasa desk in the lobby. The security via the fobs and designated elevators was excellent. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were fluffy. The view in this corner unit is phenomenal, and that was the clear highlight of the rental, along with the location as long as you don’t mind the street noise. The rental unit was adequate for our needs, but we expected more modern furnishings and a usable fold-out couch. The coils are coming through the mattress. We realize it’s been a hot summer, but the couch smelled of stale perspiration. Not fresh at all. Same with the refrigerator. Ice cube trays for the freezer would be helpful. We had to run to the store for ice. The bathroom is sad. It needs an update badly. There was a big chunk of the tub chipped off of the floor of the bathtub. The toliet was very slow in flushing."

"If you know what to expect - this is not a five-star hotel - this is an excellent option for affordable and convenient lodging in the center of Chicago. Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful and the accommodations are basic but very acceptable. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the shared bathroom arrangement but it was not an issue whatsoever. Very positive experience overall."

"It’s a really nice place. Its quite a distance from downtown Chicago. But it’s like 3 minutes from Chicago Blue line and a minute away from the bus station. Food is not a problem since there is a Korean grocery nearby. There is also a nearby Catholic church. The ameneties in this loft hotel is complete so if you are looking for a budget style trip and accommodation, I highly recommend this place."

"This is a really nice apartment, super usable kitchen, three bedrooms, it really made traveling with my son and sister very easy - we each had our own space. It's also super close to great stores including Whole Foods, REI, and more. Also accessible to nearby subway lines."
