“The accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable, although the property itself is a little tired and could benefit from some updating. I stayed in 'William', which is quite small. Barbara kindly offered me a complimentary upgrade to a much larger room downstairs, but I chose to stay where I was as being able to sleep with the windows open is important to me. “SCAMMED we felt totally scammed. If your thinking of Booking this place Please read all the poor reviews in relation to this property, they are all accurate. Its NOT A HOTEL, Its a house in what looks like council estate. Its a 4 bedroom house that this man let's out with a several Booking platforms with a listing that is totally inaccurate. Like many have said, pool and gym pictures do not exist at the property, they are in a leisure centre down the road. We booked a family room that was...

The room key was for...

“Worked well, cheapest place by far in the area and room was quite nice. Staff were very friendly”

“Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds.”

“All excellent”
