Very great stay for the price, the external bathroom wasn’t at bother at all and the room was really big. Close to the center and very clean, bed was super comfortable! Only issue was the AC didn’t really cool down the apartment, and the fridge wasn’t super cold, but honestly would definitely stay again. Also there is no free parking so make sure you note that

As the reviews of our customers and our photos show, our rooms are spacious and equipped with all comforts: mini fridge, air conditioning, LED TV, kettle service, quality clean linen, daily cleaning .... it is certainly not a hostel! We are right in the center of Florence, we are very close to any attraction on foot. Our reception is open every morning and is always available for our customers. We believe that for the cleanliness, the location, the service, and the quality of our structure, the price is adequate. In fact, our customers are usually very happy. Thank you

Aramis rooms is a very clean facility offered at a reasonable price. It is very well located (i.e. within walking distance) from the terminal of the airport bus (0.75 km), from Florence's main features (0.5 km from the Duomo; 1 km from the Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio), 2 km from the Palazzo Pitti, maybe 2.5 km from the Piazzale Micheangelo. For the business traveller: it is at an easy 7-minute walk from the Palazzo dei ingressi (convention center); so close in fact that one can return at the room to rest between sessions if need be. There is a convenient small grocery store next door or a large covered market two blocks away. It is close to numerous restaurants that can cater to any taste and shops. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff (mostly family) are courteous, professional and friendly. Only possible issue is that check-in is between 9AM and 4PM; I'm not sure how they would handle a late arrival; maybe by calling the phone number provided. Outside these hours, there isn't any staff around. It is important to keep all door access codes on oneself. The building is flush on a busy and noisy street, but the noise doesn't get into the rooms; the premises is a little resonant, but generally quiet. There is air conditioning in the room, not the most powerful, but it is sufficient to keep the room comfortable. Breakfast isn't included, but there is a small fridge in the room. All in all an excellent value and a place to which I would gladly return.

As for the check-in time, we are always present at the reception desk every morning until the time indicated, after reception hours our customers enter independently with the access codes, in all comfort and ease (as if they were at home). There have never been any problems with our customers, and in any case we are always available for any need. Breakfast was not included because you had a reservation without breakfast, otherwise we have a breakfast service included with a beautiful bistro under our facility that serves exquisite breakfasts for our guests. Thank you, we are waiting for your next trip to Florence.

The property is in an excellent position, clean and adequate. However we found it difficult to find and as we had no internet coverage did not receive the email with the entry codes for both doors until the next day. Fortunately we were able to contact the owner who gave us both codes over the phone. For future travelers trying to find the place - the Apollo hotel is now the Mercure. The name of the property is on a small brass plate on the wall. Make sure you have an email with the door codes before you arrive in Florence.

This B&B/Hotel was in the great location, just few blocks from the city center and train station as well which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. We checked in late so the Marco was kind to text/email us the check in information. The room was clean and comfortable but very tight for three people so was the bath room. The property has a contract with a restaurant for breakfast which is just couple of doors from the B&B/Hotel. The restaurant served good & delicious breakfast but the portion size was really small and we don't easy heavy breakfast. I wish the TV size was bigger and had more channels and few in English as well.

The hotel owners were very nice. We had a terrible time finding the hotel. It was on a very noisy street. Hot in the room and the air didn't seem to work. So half through the night we had to open the window. Then we were up all night because of the noise.

Dear Customer, At the center it can happen (as in all the other hotels in the center) that there may be noise. Our rooms are soundproofed with double glazing that make the room as quiet as possible. Many customers have stayed in your room, and have not complained about excessive noise. As for the heat we have air conditioning, if you had problems activating it, you just had to ask. thank you

Charming stay
A bit of a challenge to find even with explicit instructions but worth the effort. Very reasonable cost. Breakfast provided by the restaurant two doors down. I would recommend they get better mattresses but that’s the only complaint. Great location 5 minutes from the train station.

Great location! Across the street from laundromat and very close to train station. All major sights very close and within walking distance! Room was clean and serviced regularly. Heating in room didn’t work regularly but it wasn’t too cold and there was extra blankets in room. Wifi didn’t work last day but was given password to wifi at the main desk and it was ok. Would stay here again and would recomend to anyone

Cute, Inexpensive hotel in a great area!
We loved Aramis Rooms! It was in the center of Florence and we were able to walk everywhere from here. There are great restaurants nearby and little grocery stores. The room was very spacious and clean. Check in and check out was very easy and Marco at the front desk was very helpful! Would highly recommend!

Simple rooms, but clean, affordab and very central
I checked in after hours, and that was very well set up. The room is big, clean. For us, the bathroom was separate, but I did not mind,.as.these are more rooms in an apartment than a hotel. What is the best part is that the apartment is located super centrally, 5 minutes walk to the train station, 4 minutes to the Duomo.

Great place to stay run by a very kind family. We booked the same day and checked in late and were accommodated with no issues. Room was simple but comfortable. They also held our luggage for us with no issues after check out. The location is literally a 5 minute walk from the train station and has plenty of bars and restaurants on the same street. Great place to stay!

Overall not a bad experience... but bathroom was not draining good, after the shower we have to wash the feet in the sink as it was couple inches of water standing in the shower. Air condition in the room was old so not enough cooling and it was hot during our stay in Florence. Place was overall very clean and close the train station. A large, clean, and pleasantly decorated room. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Excellent location near both the railway station & historic town center. Quiet. Well maintained. Pretty much everything you could ask for from a simple residence, and really inexpensive considering the high Few extra frills (e.g.: no access to kitchen facilities), but a very nice brand-new electric kettle with 1.5 liter capacity and free tea (4 varieties) + instant coffee. Our room also had a large, attractive private bathroom; though some rooms have a shared bathroom.

Convenient stay at Florence!
If you want a nice and clean hotel near the train station Aramis Rooms is perfect for it. Our room had a private bathroom with shower and had an air conditioner, so it was very convenient. Even when we had to check in late, Marta helped gave us precise directions on how to get to and into our room. Also during check out, she let us store our luggage for a few ours in the hotel lobby which was very helpful. My fiancé and I even walked to the Piazzale Michelangelo and didn't think it was too far. Also, near the hotel are good restaurants, the central market, and 5~10 minutes to the Duomo. We highly recommend this place for people who are out most of the time and need a place to rest from all the walking.

Aloof service and dirty room at check in
Came an hour after scheduled check in and the room was still dirty and not cleaned since the previous guests. The receptionist who is also the cleaning guy was not friendly and a bit rude. Next day we left the towels on the floor and instead of replacing them with clean ones he hung them back up wet and dirty. Breakfast is decent. The room was nice but the service experience shadowed the whole experience.

Dear Guest, maybe don't bother to understand that you booked a 4 rooms in bb and not a 4 star hotel, the rooms are delivered within 13 (often much sooner) and although she informs us that arrives at 9 a.m. that doesn't mean that the room will be ready :-) We are a family and we have no maid and receptionis because we do everything for you! you have been rude to my colleague that you were doing your utmost to deliver the room as soon as possible! Last thing, the towels will be changed if need but since we are not a 4 star Hotel and the price is consequential. would be nice not to throw on Earth all the towels everyday,the world would be extremely grateful.

A perfect location with friendly staff
It was a perfect location. Easy walk to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Marta who booked all our tickets for us which saved us long queues. Florence is a beautiful city but quite small so it's easy to see all the sights. Also close to the railway station.

Great place to stay
My mom, sister and I had a fantastic vacation to Italy and stayed at Aramis Rooms in Florence. The location is fantastic! It is only a few minute walk to the train and bus station as well as many sight seeing places. There were also lots of great restaurants right beside the hotel or very close. The staff was friendly and help full and the room was nice and clean. We had 3 single beds in our room and 2 of the beds were good but the 3rd bed was just a bit more than a foot off the ground and wasn't very comfortable. It would be great for a child but for adults it wasn't good.

I will start with the good things. The location is good. Near the station and easy to take a bus to and from Pisa airport. Clean and spacious room. Clean bathroom. Coffee and tea complimentary, but that's it. When I booked and it said there is an external bathroom I didn't suspect we need to go trough the whole corridor to reach OUR bathroom. Very uncomfortable!!! The hotel was one floor up. So, if you have problem with walking stairs as I have it will be difficult. The rooms are very, very noisy all day and almost all night so you can't keep your windows open, even if you are suffocating of heat. Florence could be a very warm city even in May. When asked to use some AC we were politely told that is too early for AC to be on. Too expensive. The temperature were 30 degrees and around. We were six days, and the internet was working only three of those days. The reception is working only from 9am - 1pm, and if you are busy sightseeing(the very reason you are there) you can't talk to anyone until you match your schedule with their working time. Only the girls who looked after the hygiene of the room and the bathroom were doing their job properly. Nobody else I am afraid. The experience was ok, nothing you can do about it once you are there, but I wouldn't be happy to recoommended or go back.

A week in florence
we had a wonderful time in florence, it was a last min trip and i didn't have lot of time to figure out what to do, the hotel helped us figure out what to do, where to go, gave us many different options, and we had a great time. the room, was clean and spacious, and the price was great, location was amazing, right next to the food market, restaurants,and a 7 min walk to the Duomo. and they had these yummy cookies in the living room everyday :) i liked them.

The place is close to the Central station, a bunch of nice restaurants and within a walkable distance to all main city attractions. The staff was very helpfull. The room we got was clean and spacious. Deffinately recomend!

Great little find in Florence
I went for a room with a private bathroom. The room was large and in great condition. Make sure you contact the hotel in andavnace as it is difficult to find. Payment needs to be made at the hotel which was a little difficult as I arrived late and left early. For a very cheap price this a great room, in a great location to experience Florence. Would recommends to froends and family

Couple of days to check out Florence Great Communication from hotel staff to let us know how to get there and we were expected. Close to train station. In the heart of shopping and tourism. Walk to most places. Staff was good for tour planning. Was a little concerned with the "feel/smell" of the entry way, room area was clean and immaculate!

We had a great stay!
Our stay was absolutely lovely. We arrived at Santa Maria Novella station, it took less than 10 minutes to find the hotel. It is really in the center of Florence, near everything! We had no problems finding places to eat late in the evening, there were many traditional shops around and we could even find an adaptor for our phone chargers as ours is different (from UK). We arrived after the check-in ours. We knew that, so before travelling we spoke to Angela, who kindly gave us instructions on how to find the place and access our room. It was very easy. Our room was very very clean and we were pleased that the bathroom was inside the room, not like other rooms who had the bathroom on the outside. Internet was free as well. It was so quiet in our room, we had a chance to relax after walking so much during the day. Our air-conditioner did not work, but it was cold anyways so it really didn't bother us. We really felt at home. The following day a lady called Charity helped us, gave us a city map, helped us finding a shop to buy the adaptor for our phones, a shop to print out vouchers and recommended so many nice places to eat! Overall it was lovely to be there, very clean and cute place, very friendly staff and very close to the main sightseeings. I really miss it already! We would stay there again!

We were very happy with the location of our hotel. Unfortunately our air conditioning did nt work and as the weather was extreamely hot thismade sleeping very difficult. The reception is only occupied part time and we did nt realise that the office was through another door behind the reception desk so we could nt complain until the day before we left. When i went to turn on the airconditioning the electricity went out all over the hotel. I emailed their email and to give them their due the lady called first thing next morning and sorted it. her namewas Charity and she was extremely pleasant and helpful. We then got airconditioning sorted but it was of great quality which was a pity because everything else about the hotel, location etc was great.
