It was a smooth and uncomplicated check in. Julissa had clear communications and had a quick run down of all the staff that we might need during the stay.

Property was fine for what we needed. A/C worked great and there is one in each bedroom which is a huge plus. Bathrooms are a bit small. Communication with hosts was perfect and friendly. Overall a good stay.

Location is good but bad

This place was extremely convenient as it was right by the train station and Florence's conference center. We picked it for that reason and it was good for ease of walking however the area by the train station is noisy at night with people being very loud, ambulances, and large trucks. At times there were individuals taking drugs sitting near the enterance to this place. The apartment is large and very modern and clean just like the pictures. The bathroom is tight and the shower has a situation where is impossible to not get water on the floor. Due to the excellent location I would stay here again but note it's a busy area.

The apartment was ok, with the exception that it’s was very dusty. My son and I took allergy medicine during our stay. The curtains, the armoire and other surfaces were dusty which created discomfort for us.

入住的時候再三強調不能動房間內控制溫度的裝置,房間棉被很薄有點像是三件床單,暖氣也不夠溫暖,睡到重感冒還去藥房買藥,中間聯絡對方想問怎麼樣可以丟廚餘,也得不到回應,住宿地點是0樓,到半夜都還是很吵
