We loved staying here and will definitely stay again. Great location, right in the center of everything. Super clean and secure. Which we really appreciated. You need a keycard to get any area which is nice. They made our bed and gave us clean towels everyday which was nice as well. Staff was super friendly. Then you for such a great experience.

Last night in Florence.

This small boutique hotel has a blend of historic decor and up to date technology. The staff are amazing and fully engaged us through the check in process. Located in close proximity of the Duomo, the tower was in sight of our room.

The most beautiful room with luxurious and modern bathroom and shower Luxurious bedroom furnishings in a 14th century palazzo with views of the Duomo.

The staff were wonderful. The location was ideal, literally across the street from the main sights. The building was full of history but with all the modern conveniences of a luxury hotel. The best hotel stay I have had. I will return again!

We stayed here 4 nights and would have stayed more if we could have. The location is excellent and the rooms are amazing. Gunther was an amazing associate at the desk and helped us with anything that we needed. Highly recommend this location as it is extremely convenient to anything and everything in Florence. The rooftop is absolutely beautiful for views at night.

Location and stylish, comfortable rooms

Great hotel room overall with spacious areas and amazing reinassance theme as well as view of the Duomo. Location is probably what justifies the pricing. Staff was very attentive particularily Navy. Would have appreciated more ammenities such as room service or help getting a taxi given the "luxury" level.

The location is amazing. So close to everything you want to see. Every staff member we met was wonderful. Met our every need with kindness. The building has so much history and the room is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in. We were given a wonderful gift by the hotel and complimentary drinks. This was a haven each day that we rested in after spending our days experiencing this wonderful city. Grazie!

Great room, friendly and helpful staff! The door knob came off and they were unable to fix it for the last two nights of the stay which felt a bit unsafe. Also the old elevator didn’t work one afternoon so we had to walk up and down the four flights to the entrance of the hotel. That being said the location is unbeatable!

The entrance to the building is smelly. The elevator is old fashioned. However, when you walk into this B&B it is beautiful! The rooms are well appointed, clean, comfortable, etc. if you come home after 8 or 8:30 in the evening, there is nobody at the front desk.

We had a fabulous time here. The room was absolutely stunning with great ameneties. Very modern and at the same time it had a Firenze charm to it. The bathrooms were stunning and we loved the modern shower that changed colors! Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They were so helpful. I would say the only thing is the very old elevator but we didnt let it bother our stay. And there was a wierd smell in the hallways but not in our room Thank you for everything! Was a beautiful experience and by far my favorite hotel!
