The place was lovely and chic. The staff were friendly. It was a quiet neighborhood; it was a walk to the hot spots, but I needed a calm place. It was safe for a female solo traveler. If you want a place where locals eat and explore; stay here!

A good small hotel, perfect for both families and adults. The location is good (very quiet), with everything you need nearby and easy access to the main attractions (15-20 min walk). The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it a great choice for a short stay.

I would highly recommend the Gogo Petit for those looking for a reasonably priced hotel that is a 15-20 minute's walk from the historic city center and the train station. My room was also really nice. The staff was really friendly too. There weren't any amenities (pool, workout room, etc) but that wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for a clean and convenient place to stay while I was sightseeing through Florence. I can go to the pool or gym when I am home. Highly recommended and will definitely try to stay here again if I return to Florence

We had a lathe room in avery tradition decoration. The room was accessible through the back corset yard . It was a quiet area but the aircon did whine when activated. Unfortunately there was also some mouse from other rooms. The hotel itself is well maintained and provides a bar area and breakfast room , with good selection of. We enjoyed our stay . Staff were very friendly and provided free shuttle ever 30 min to station

This is a small hotel, but kept very clean, modern and maintained. Right on the river, and an easy walk (10 min) to train station and other attractions. Do a nice job with breakfast, rooms are cleaned daily, and staff was excellent. Highly recommend. Rooms are small, but definately sufficient for what we needed.

Te hotel over all was fine. So was the staff, helpful with booking taxis, and finding good local restaurants to eat. We had two issues, the ac wasn’t on when we went in during a heat wave in July, and it never cooled down the whole room. No extra toilet paper on day, so I had to go buy.

Wonderful stay—clean, friendly, and great location! We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and we loved getting fresh towels daily. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location worked perfectly for us—it’s a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk to the busier tourist areas, meaning we could easily access everything but still enjoy a quieter, peaceful environment to head back to. Just a quick tip for future guests: There is no lift from street level up to the reception desk (just two short flights of stairs), but once you are checked in, there is a lift from reception up to the second floor of rooms. We’re pretty sure this was in the hotel description anyway, so it wasn't an issue for us at all! Would definitely stay again.

good location but failed to spot in small print no lift - 2 flights of stairs proved challenging. staff are great but main gripes were poor internet and poor air conditioning. breakfast was a bit of a scrum and dirty items not cleared away which was disappointing - ok for a few days but not outstanding
