Awesome location, great staff and very charming as stated in the description. Couldn't have been more conveniently located to all the things you want to see in Florence. Very large rooms and great AC which was appreciated by those of us traveling from the USA.

Such a beautiful, quaint hotel in the heart of the city. Hidden between stores and restaurants, you enter into a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms. Every detail is thought through and you feel like you’re home, even though you feel like you can touch the Duomo from your bedroom window. Highly recommend.

We booked the apartment looking over the duomo. Everything was exactly as pictured. The amenities in the room were very nice. The fresh croissants delivered every morning were such a nice touch. Location directions were extremely helpful as the entry door is small. The view is gorgeous and the location is excellent for museums, shopping and restaurants. My only critique is that in the morning of departure we needed to get a taxi for my daughter to the airport and the young woman at the reception desk told us we would never get a taxi from there. She told us to walk several blocks away to get one at a taxi stand. We could not get a taxi through the app at the stand and a local woman was able to flag a taxi for her. When I arrived back to the hotel and told her what had happened she smirked and said "Yeah I told you, hard to get a taxi here" Later however when we picked up our luggage after walking around most of the day the woman at the reception area called for a taxi for us and said that yes it would pick up out front and the driver confirmed and said the drivers will pick up out front. So my advice, don't walk to taxi stand, ask for them to call for one for you, even if they tell you to go to a stand.

Great location and great hotel

Charming little loft apartment right next to the Duomo. Two weeks in Italy and this was our favorite hotel, the location was great and the apartment had enough room for my family and I. If we ever come back to Florence, we will definitely come back

Exceptional stay at the Granduomo

Our stay at the Granduomo hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary was exceptional - the location cannot be beaten (right next to the duomo), the rates were reasonable, the rooms were exceptional, and the service was top notch - attention to detail (bananas, pears, and water in the rooms, fresh croissants every morning, perfect decor, and stocked kitchens) was evident throughout. Thanks to the management for our stay - we will certainly come back and strongly recommend it to our family and friends

A beautiful oasis in central Florence

My 7 year old daughter and I stayed 3 nights on our long awaited trip to Florence. We loved everything about this hotel - the beautiful big room with an amazing view of the Duomo, the lovely bathroom with bath, the croissants every morning, the kitchenette etc etc. The library on the first floor was a lovely peaceful area and we loved the top floor room with the beautiful views of the Tuscan hills and Florentine rooftops as well as the Duomo. The hotel is perfectly situated (although we did struggle to find it on arrival - our map app had it in the wrong place) - we walked everywhere. I wound recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as best as it could be. They did everything possible to work around our schedule They let us check in early, offered advice on things around the are, and kept our bags after check out so we could walk around. Every morning we were provided with fresh croissants. It was magical. The property is incredible. The room we stayed in had the most amazing view. It had a wonderful kitchenette which made traveling with our 4 year old so much easier. Easily the most comfortable bed we slept in our whole trip. There is a library and a top floor lounge area.
