The staffs were nice. Complimentary bottled water, thanks. Location is great, really short walk to the train station and lots of restaurants around. Walking distance to all the famous places. Clean room but needs a full size mirror. Thank you.

Staff was amazing. Room was clean. Very convenient to train station but a bit of a walk to historic center. However nothing is far in Florence. Old elevator with metal grate and that was fun. Truly the staff make this a good place to stay.

Helpful and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. The single room was very small, the bathroom should be nicer. Great location if you want to be close to the central station.

Truly great hotel, modern and clearly newly renovated , great logistical location by the train station and even so- our room was very quiet. Don’t let the street area deceive you - the hotel is very nice and super secure. The reception staff were super helpful with recommendations ! Nice breakfast.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. He allowed us to store our bags after checkout, and gave us detailed info to catch the light rail to the airport. The hotel entrance is hard to find, but its location just 1/2 block from the train station worked well for us. The bed was comfy, too.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very safe with a locking gate out front at night. Rooms are good with very high ceilings. Our room was right next to where breakfast was so we heard clanging silverware and dishes in the morning.

Nice Hotel

Nice little Hotel just accross from Train Station. The area was not the best but very safe despite not being a Top Neighborhood; however, great access to all important sites and great food all around. The hotel room was fantastic. Good AC, good bathroom and very clean bedrooms.
