This hotel was quite nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. It's in a great location..quiet, close to the train station, close to restaurants and not far from the city centre. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was chosen for its covenient location close to the tram stop and the main city area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel and room clean. Air conditioning worked well. Close to a variety of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions.

April showers in Florence

Id recommend this hotel for a "no frills" stay. The hotel was in a good position, close to the centre but far enough out to avoid crowds, and a good price. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic, but it had a comfortable bed, and a great shower. The walls were thin so we could hear our neighbours, but it was not so noisy to disturb. There was also no lift. This was not a problem for us, but guests with mobility problems may struggle. Overall it suited our needs perfectly and Id stay there again.

Two issues lost them all the points. First they stuck me in the basement next to the breakfast room. Noisy early in the morning. The real problem was on my last night. At 1am (for an hour), 3am and 330am, their staff screwed around in the area. Slammed doors too. Even after I yelled out. Maybe it was multiple people? So i never really got a good nights sleep the entite stay. Maid was good. Though i didnt want it. Hot water ok. Heat didnt work for a bit. Curtains were to thin. Pillows too. Dont accept that basement room if you stay here.

proximity is why we chose the location, that and a queen size bed. nothing but stairs from the front door to the cramped check in counter area (good Luck with large bags or a lot of luggage) our room was next to the check in and the walls were so thin we could hear the guys TV and people checking in and out at all times of the day/night, heck we could even hear desk phone conversations. Found hair in the sheets and the owner/manager was upset when we asked him to change them. value did not match the price!

Overall this ended up being a nice place to stay. We certainly appreciated the location. It was conveniently located near both the airport tram and many attractions. We walked everywhere from the hotel without any issues. We had some language difficulty with some of the desk staff. We were put into the wrong room the first night (I had prepaid for a triple room and they put me in a double). Luckily our 3rd person didn’t arrive until the next day and they were able to move us to the triple room. The desk staff is available 24 hours, but sometimes that means the desk clerk is sleeping on the couch in the lobby or you need to wake someone from the room upstairs. We had some minor issues with the shower – one of the showers backed up and the doors around the shower where a bit easy to knock off the track, but the water was hot. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean and we enjoyed the location.

Una soluzione perfetta per stare vicino la stazione ma anche dai punti di interesse principale. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi. L'hotel da fuori sembra vecchiotto ma in realtà le camere sono confortevoli, essenziali senza dubbio ma d'altronde va contestualizzato al fatto che è un due stelle. Camera e struttura pulite, personale gentile. Consigliato.

Está a unas cuadras de la terminal de autobuses, por lo que la ubicación está perfecta, pero no especifica que para entrar al hotel debes subir muchísimos Escalones, y no hay quién te ayude, así que sí vas con muchas maletas, o pesadas, o con alguien con dificultad para subir escaleras este hotel no es la opción más viable. El personal fue amable, no pudimos llegar el día del check in, llegamos a la mañana siguiente, marcamos para avisar y nos recibieron

Excellent valued hotel

I would recommend this establishment for anyone visiting Florence, however; be aware this is an old building and if you have a lot of luggage there are no elevators and you climb the equivalent of two flights of stairs. But once you gain access to the reception, you’ll find yourself in a very pleasant area and the patron is a very cheerful helpful guy. The rooms are very nicely decorated with plenty of storage, with en-suite bathrooms and toiletries supplied. It’s worth mentioning that pets are welcome and I took my cat Amélie to this property. Another point I’d like to make, when I checked out the patron very kindly carried my luggage down to street level, perhaps her heard me cussing when I initially had to climb the two flights of stairs 😂. All in all this hotel is excellent value for money, and it is spotlessly clean in the public areas and rooms. It’s also a relatively short walk from the train station, advise don’t use Apple maps and GPS you’ll be sent on a wild goose chase.

LAMENTABLE

Llegue al hotel y me dijeron que mi habitacion no estaba disponible por un problema de cañerias y me desviaron a otro hotel, el cual no tengo claro que ni fuera un hotel legal ya que no aparece en ningun portal ( Booking,hoteles.com) Encontre opiniones muy negativas en Trip advisor y cuando llegue me dijeron que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ( Dijo que lo arreglaria a las 17 que no me preocupase, pude ver por otras opinions que siempre decia lo mismo). Todo estaba sucisimo ( Toallero, Papel higienico ya utilizado) EL nombre era Residenzza Millenium donde ademas nos trataron bastante mal, asi que decidimos dejarlo todo como estaba e irnos a buscar un hotel alternativo.
