A true gem in Florence with wonderful hospitality Hotel Settefiori was an absolute highlight of our trip. It is a family-run property, and their passion shines through in every single detail, from the tasteful room decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, we were given a complete personal tour: the host showed us around, pointed out all the amenities, and clearly explained how everything worked, including the air conditioning. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. My wife celebrated her birthday during our stay, and they kindly helped arrange a sweet treat with a candle so I could surprise her in the morning. It was such a thoughtful personal touch that truly made our stay memorable. The rooms feel virtually new, surprisingly spacious, and kept in superb condition. As is often typical for historic city buildings, the entrance involves a tiny lift where three people and two suitcases simply will not fit together. We were also slightly surprised by the housekeeping service: while the bed was made nicely, used glassware was left behind and towels were not replaced. Aside from those minor points, we were thoroughly delighted with our time here. It is a fantastic base for visiting Florence, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Resepsjonen ligger i tredje etasje.
