Amazing location and beautiful hotel. The hotel is right in the center of the city center. We loved the fact we could walk everywhere. There are tons of restaurants and cafes around along with every designer store you can imagine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our short stay at IL Tournabuoni

Amazing hotel, exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel staff were excellent and could not have done more for us. Not only is it located in the most sought-after per of the centre but also close to everything we wanted to see. We wished we were staying lo no er, but will definitely come back to the hotel soon.

Five-star service, rooms, hotel common spaces and location. This hotel stay made our vacation fabulous!!! The rooms were spacious and immaculate with eye-catching decor. We ordered room service which was equal to a fine dining restaurant. The reception staff were kind and accommodating when our room was being prepared.

Such a gorgeous property and close to all major shopping plus sights. The staff are so kind and obliging that we felt right at home. I especially the loved the doormen who were so attentive. We ate at the restaurant, had drinks at the bar and the Butterfly Terrace (the Minerbetti Spritz is amazing), and had room service, all of which I would highly recommend. Rooms are large and spacious, the cleaning and refilling of coffee/tea and mini bar were sometimes spotty though but nothing that a quick call didn't fix. I've stayed at another hotel across the street every other time I've been to Florence, but after this stay I"ll definitely be switching loyalty to Il Tornabuoni.

IL Tornabuoni Hotel was an amazing experience.. The hotel is close to literally everything, right on top of the Burberry store,great amenities and everyone at the hotel is great. All of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and even the doormen, are all extremely professional kind polite and just very very welcoming. The entire stay was beautiful, they accommodated my requests very beautifully and just when I thought things couldnt get any better, right as I checked out and got into my taxi, not only did the doorman open the door for me to the taxi but he also opened the door for the taxi driver as well. Very very kind and these small gestures say a great deal about humanity. I will visit Florence again, and I will stay here again and again. Definitely upgrade your room, they're more spacious with beautiful windows.

Although we only stayed one night at the hotel, the property and the room were stunning. Great service. Doorman was extremely helpful and the front desk staff as well. Our visit to Italy was mainly in Rome, but we took the train to other cities for short visits. Florence is an incredible city. The property is located in the heart of Florence and within walking distance to everything. It is about 100 ft. from the Ferragamo museum (highly recommended). The only thing that we found kind of quirky is that the entrance to the hotel appears to be the entrance to a high-end retail store, which is right next door. We were using Google maps to navigate the short walk from the train station to the hotel. We were right in from of the entrance for 3 or 4 minutes and we did not realize it because it looked like the entrance to the store. If we ever go back to Florence, we will certainly stay at this hotel.
