We stayed for 4 nights and they were great. The hotel is in a Great location. Walkable distance to the Duomo, or the leather market that is along the street. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing. There was coffee and cookies and water when we arrived which was amazing. 12 minute walk from the train station. And the staff was super friendly and recommended great areas. Security wise it was great and safe. The door closes at 9pm so you need a key or code to get in for the two doors in the front. They do have an elevator to use for your luggage which is hard to find in Italy.

We stayed here for 3 nights with my family of 10. The two gentlemen at reception were extremely kind and patient with all of my questions. They provided great recommendations and went above and beyond for us. The location of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this stay.

We enjoyed our stay, very central to every thing with an easy walk to the markets and shops. The buffet breakfast at the Konnubio Restaurant was one of the best we had so far.

Room AC was not working and the staff was not helpful in solving the issue. It took till our 3rd day till they moved us to a new room. Main picture on the site is not the hotel, it is a restaurant down the block where you can buy breakfast. Location is very good.

location was excellent and the aircon was cold. i removed a star for the very small elevator, lack of washing machine, space was a bit disjointed and no coffee maker. The pad for washing dishes was used also and for something so cheap they should provide a new one per stay. overall very good just lacking a few amenities to make it a 5 star.

Our power went off on our first night and it was extremely hot in the room. It was a horrible night, power came back at 2:30am. We were unable to reach the front desk. We requested our first night to be reimbursed and were denied both from the hotel & Expedia. Not the type of experience I was expecting.. The room was nicely set up and very clean.
