Charming place with great access to the city

It was so welcoming and the staff that greeted us was so helpful and explained the layout of the city to us. It was a lovely room with a comfortable bed and the view was amazing! The air conditioning was wonderful! I would completely recommend this place to anyone - 10/10!

I had the loft room. Very nice location centrally located. Room was awesome, i would stay here again. It was hot in Florence suring our stay and since heat rises the loft was hot. The bottom floor was nice and cool with the air conditioning running, but it couldn't cool the loft.

Renovation going on in the middle of night!

Even though this place was in a good location and a decent room. They are renovating in the middle of the night from 12.am till 4am. Chain saw, hammering!! There is no front desk and more of an Airbnb . Bathroom stunk really bad and I think it was because the wood sink got wet when washing hands. You have to carry your luggage up one floor then squeeze into small elevator. I complained to the gentleman who gave us a key but he said it wasn’t his property as I have pictures and videos. It literally was next door and all the windows are the same as ours. I think he was not forthcoming. How can you rent an Airbnb and not know what’s going on next door. He would not give me any sort of discount for my lack of sleep!! Will submit a claim for a refund. Do not stay here

Fantastisk beliggenhed meget centralt og et stort værelse i to etager. Enda med jacuzzi, men det havde vi ikke tid til at prøve da vi skulle ud og opleve byen. Meget venlig service så kan kun give 10/10 stjerner til hele oplevelsen og vil helt sikkert booke igen

Muy buena ubicación, excelente estado, todo nuevo y muy cómodo, aunque la habitación en la que estuve (para uno) era bastante chica. Pero si buscas un lugar para dormir y bañarte cómodamente es todo lo que necesitas y mas. Volvería sin dudas!

Had to wait 2 hours until we got a person to check k is in!! There is no reception. The place is great and I recommend it but if you have a third person? Don’t book because my third person slept in the floor on the first floor because the air conditioning was not good ans wasn’t traveling to the second floor room ! But the place is too clean

Loved staying here. So charming and nice. Very clean. Loved the fact that it’s a hotel but feels like an upscale airbnb. Instructions were pretty clear upon arrival, wasn’t aware we would have to ring the bell to come upstairs to meet the host but we figured it out. Could not get a better location. The only thing that could be improved is the comfort of the beds - pillows flat and mattress pretty firm. Besides that, loved staying in this beautiful hotel!

A lovely place , right in the centre of Florence. Rooms were very clean and just like the photos. Shower room was lovely . Great room with 2 double beds . The only problem is that being in the centre it is very noisy at night from people shouting in the street till about 5 am. Also unfortunately for us, they were doing road works outside from midnight till about 4am . So very noisy . Otherwise , the place was great

Nice room and bathroom. But when it comes at night, pesky teenagers are freaking wolf who howls all night long till 4 am. So if you're looking for a good night sleep I will not recommend it.
