The location is great if you are planning on seeing the sites. Its an easy walk to the points of interest and also to the train station.

The apartment is quite good, cleaned and had everything we needed. Just didnt know the room was on the 3rd floor and no lift. I think that information should be on the ad page. Also the sofabed wasn't very comfortable. For 4 nights only was ok though. Location was the best. Overall very good.

The room was very clean, but the sofa bed was not comfortable, also more blankets were needed. I also feel that the apartment need to let us know that they are in the 4th floor with no elevator. We had a 68yr old and it was a bit diffucult for her and the luggage. As for location it was the best!!! We were a block away from the Duomo. Very easy to move around .

For except the convenience of location nothing else is good about this property, no lift if you are on top floors it’s a torture and the host didn’t inform earlier also no service provided unlike other hotels hence do not recommend staying here

I was very disappointed with the property management. At arrival Samara informed us there would b stairs to the apartment. I was not told that at booking. She spent a long time getting the hot water turned on. Later on that evening we lost hot water. I texted her and the two numbers she gave me in case I needed them. No one returned my text and we spent the rest of that evening, the whole next day, and the next morning without hot water. I would like a full refund!

Es una agencia, no un propietario particular, por lo que se nota que no ponen cariño ninguno. Tercer piso sin ascensor… terrible con equipaje y carrito de bebé.

Está muy cerca del domo y todos los sitios turísticos, recién remodelado y muy limpio, sin embargo nos pareció el trato muy impersonal y en el departamento si bien había utensilios de cocina y vajilla no había ni un trapo para limpiar la mesa, ni sal, café o aceite por ejemplo a diferencia de otras estancias, a mi me gusta cocinar y preparar desayunos, cenas y algunas comidas, razón por la cual reservo este tipo de hospedajes pero no había nada para facilitarte preparar alimentos, no cargo mi botella de aceite y mi salero, la decoración nula, contrastando mucho con la belleza de Florencia, si no te interesa la cocina y no te importa un lugar súper frío en cuestión de hospitalidad y calidez entonces es un buen lugar, a mi me habría gustado un poco más de detalle en este aspecto

Excellent location! Step out the door to the Duomo. Very private apartment however there was a lot of noise Friday and Saturday through the night. No elevator to the fourth floor, but that helps you feel less guilty about eating all that gelato!

De accomodatie was zeer goed en zeer centraal gelegen. De ontvangst door een afgevaardigde van het reisagentschap liet te wensen over, zeer onvriendelijk. Er was geen enkel document met nuttige telefoonnummers voorhanden. We werden ook niet verwittigd waar we met bagage konden blijven in afwachting van vertrek.

READ FINE PRINT! We copped surcharges for checking in late and cleaning charges were excessive at €60. At the end of the day, we could have stayed at a decent hotel for these prices. Cleanliness: clean and tidy Staff & service: staff met us to check in late, slow to reply via WhatsApp after checking when asking for wifi password (no written instructions were left) Property condition & facilities: some scuffs on the wall, no elevator (apartment on 4th floor)

Verry nice place .in the center of florence. Appartement is new inside .with all equipments. AC.. KITCHEN hardware .... There is no lift. But No problem for 3 or 4 floor maximum Near to bus station. And all attractions.
