If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. From the beginning, this place exhibits what pinnacle of hospitality should be. Fulvio is a kind host who is available to help with a smile on his face. Other staff members are also kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and gifted a bottle of wine and location is prime. I’d come stay here again and recommend others to do the same.

This property was perfect in every way! Fantastic location . Everything from restaurants, museums, shopping, and more are all in walking distance. The place was spotless and beautiful inside . We were welcomed with a sweet note and bottle of wine . The host couldn’t have been any more helpful ! I’ve been coming to Italy for years and this was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. Incredible stay at Nove Guest house! I strongly recommend! No negative points. Excellent room, the hotel has great facilities and a great location. Everything is super close and you can easily walk to all the main spots in the city in a short time. Also, there are no words to describe how amazing Fulvio was! He gave us such a incredible welcome and was always ready to help out and share great tips during our stay.

Beautiful brand new, clean, big bathroom, spacious and nicely appointed room. Loved everything about it. Close to all the things we wanted to see, safe/secure building with codes to access. Fulvio was friendly and helpful. One of my best travel experiences. Highly recommend!!!!

Great room; would book this again

Room was nice. Fulvio at the reception was super charming and helpful throughout the stay. They included a gratis bottle of wine which was a very nice touch. The patio was great to sit on and enjoy the bustle of the street, but when you close the doors at night almost no sound makes its way into the room. Air con was great. Central to everything we needed; we could just walk right from the guest house.

Our host was very nice and helpful. He gave us a tour of our room and the accomadations that were included which were complimentary drinks, indluding a bottle of wine. The room was very clean and welcoming. The balcony overlooking the street was very nice. The host went out of his way to make sure we had all that we needed and even provided information on things to do and how to get there. The property had a bus stop right up front which was very convenient when it came time to go to the train station. We would definately stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay very much, everything you want in a hotel ! The hotel is still very new, so the decoration is excellent. The room had plenty of space even with a king seized bed. It was spotless and had all the modern amenities you need, (Smart TV, fast wifi, Espresso machine….) The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Felt like they really cared that I had a good stay. It’s a great location, walking distance from all the attractions but a quitter neighbourhood so you get a good nights sleep. There are nice restaurants and cafés on the doorstep. Would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Florence.

This is not a hotel; it does not provide meals so you must know this before you decide on the property. Dont worry there are plenty of places within a 10min walk of the property. What the Nove Guest house is an experience with an amazing host Fulvio who goes out of his way to make your stay a memorable one. The room was clean and well-appointed with a nice bathroom/shower. Fulvio was a text away from finding anything you needed on your trip and could recommend nice places to visit no matter what part of Florence you were visiting. It's truly an amazing place in an excellent location to the train station and to all of the attractions near the downtown of Firenze. This will be our place to stay anytime we are in Italy! Thank you Fulvio for an amazing experience!

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Florence

We had a wonderful stay in Florence! From the moment we arrived, Fulvio gave us a warm and friendly welcome — he was incredibly helpful with recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from all the main sights, restaurants, and shops. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, with all the amenities you could want. Overall, an excellent experience — we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!
