The room felt like we were sleeping inside history but with all the modern amenities. Espresso machine, excellent AC, very comfortable and large bed. Convenient location. Great value. Highly recommend!!

We had a very nice stay and really loved the place and all the character it had. It was beautifully updated, preserving the charm and style of the old building while adding modern and useful features. The location was perfect, and the check-in process was very smooth. We also really liked the app—it was very convenient for accessing the property and finding answers to any questions we had. It was also very helpful to have the option to store our luggage after check-out, which made our last day much easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and in a convenient location to walk around Florence. We were aerobically in much better shape when we left after climbing the steep stairs to get to our apartment for 3 days. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. The luggage lockers were a nice benefit when we arrived early and after checkout since our train was late in the day. Paying for the room was interesting because the payment page was in Italian and I did not realize that the payment had been rejected initially after being flagged for fraud by my credit card company. I was eventually able to get assistance from Numa to identify the issue, call the credit card company to unlock the card and have the Numa rep work with me to resolve the payment.

Place was excellent. There was plenty of space for a family of five. Check-in was difficult because there was not a lot of storage for luggage. Had to walk around city lugging our luggage. However, after we checked-in everything was great!

Amazing location, room exceeded expectations. Very comfortable and spacious. Easy check-in/out experience, but note the inflexible timing. Only downside was limited luggage storage space upon early arrival (was able to store prior to check-out). Also loved being able to book an experience/tour through the Numa app (which was also a seamless and helpful tool). Overall would highly recommend, particularly for flexible and/or solo travelers.

The little apartment was so cute and clean! They even had little surprises for us in the fridge. The place was well located, and I would most definitely choose them again for my European travels. I loved having a high-quality coffee experience, too. They had a well-stocked Nespresso machine, which was a welcome sight after such a long trip from the US.

We enjoyed having 3 separate beds/rooms for us and each of our boys. The kitchen area worked well for breakfast and keeping drinks cold. The check in and Numa app worked smoothly for entering the building and room. And the bag storage and access a for the day we checked out allowed us to see a few more sights before departure. The only negative is that the a/c was not working in the main room. It was more like a fan.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación del tren. La habitación parece de princesa. El aire acondicionado ayuda mucho ya que el clima a fuera era caliente así que nos encantó.
