Great hotel in a great location. The hotel was very clean and attractive. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with some hot food items like bacon and eggs and there were lots of fruit, cheese and pastry items. The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Italy

Just all around fantastic. Gorgeous property with all the modern comforts you'd want but packed with old school charm. Excellent breakfast with some of the best cappuccinos we had in Florence. Lovely and helpful staff all around too. We stayed for almost a week and will be re-booking next time we visit Florence.

Fantastic location on a very dangerous street, for shopping! Well within walking distance of all the sites. Staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel was in a beautiful historic building. Beds and linens were comfortable. This will definitely be our go to hotel in Florence moving forward.

I only stayed one night, but the hotel is in an excellent location and was very clean. The only thing I thought was a little odd was you had to use a key to lock the door from the inside, which doesn’t seem too safe if there were a fire. The staff was extremely friendly at check-in and checkout, I would stay here again.

Our stay at Stella was perfect- the location was 10/10, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was great. It was the perfect spot for our 3 days in Florence. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
