We had a great 3 night stay at the Artists' Palace in Florence. The hotel was very clean and is an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, and is super convenient to all other sites in Florence. This is a fantastic hotel. The location is wonderful. It is a very short walk from the Duomo. You are close to it, but not right in the busy parts of the city. The room and amenities were amazing. Friendly, helpful staff. A wonderful experience.

This is one of the worst “hotel” I’ve been. The hotel is a funky, sad place. Ex: the “hall way” to my room was strewn with old furniture. There is NO SERVICE whatsoever. If you have lots of luggage, best of luck to you. The good point: The room is roomy and clean;, the AC works. The location is perfect. About 10’ walk from the Duomo.

The Royal treatment at the Artists Palace!

What a wonderful find! This was the perfect location— easy walks to all the memorable Florence sites. The staff was super gracious and helpful. They seemed pleased to offer advice and directions— even in English! Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!
