The room was not very clean. The bathroom door did not work. My son looked in there for 30 minutes or more. They told us not to close the door when we went to the bathroom. Tiny bedroom I was sharing with my son...The air conditioning was not working. The temperature in Florence that day was 42 degrees. The only thing they gave us was a 5 dollar fan that was ridiculous .I spent over $450 for the room.

The front desk was amazing each and everyone of them. The room location was the best, walkable to everywhere. The room was extremely clean I am very picky and breakfast was delicious. Would go back when I come back FORSURE!

We had a great experience staying at this property. The staff were super nice and helpful. We asked for iron and they immediately provided us one. The location is close to Medici Chapel and Santa Maria Del Fiore. The access to restaurants and shopping is good.

The staff at this hotel are so helpful and freindly. We liked how we could walk to any of the major sites in Florence from this location. As well, the breakfast offered a reasonable choice of meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. This hotel is a great choice if you are looking for something clean, quiet, and convenient.

A small boutique Hotel very well located with all needed amenities. Staff is extremely helpful. I loved the small quotes on the walls. Made me feel home.

The concierges were extremely helpful and friendly. They prepared our room very quickly when we got there early and we checked in before check in time. AC didn’t work properly and it was 30 degrees outside so the main complaint was that it was too hot in the room. Everything else was fantastic
