Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de Florianópolis, a poucos metros da entrada da ponte. Estacionamento pago mas com manobrista 24h. Café da manhã com diversas opções de doces e salgados. Quero de casal bem espaçoso com sala e sacada.

Péssimo

Reservei um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e me deram um quarto de cadeirante: cama super baixa, pia baixa .. péssimo. Fui reclamar e disseram que não tinham mais quartos. E o meu que reservei, onde estava ? No dia seguinte fui reclamar com a gerente e ela teve a capacidade de falar que eu ganhei um upgrade pelo quarto ser maior. Um absurdo! Melhor ter falado que errou. Depos de muita insistência, trocaram o meu quato. E ainda para ajudar, não tive serviço de quarto de limpeza na segunda diária. Serviço péssimo.

Excelente custo-benefício em Floripa

O Castelmar é um hotel com bom custo-benefício. As instalações estão sendo renovadas. A localização é excelente. Um dos pontos que talvez precise melhorar é a qualidade do café da manhã, que é razoável e poderia ser melhor em alguns detalhes.
