Cozy hotel are the center of Florianópolis

Very cozy hotel at the center of Florianópolis. Very nice place to stay if you have businesse tasks to do here, but not for tourism. The restaurant is also excellent and prices are not expensive.

O atendimento no hotel é excelente. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e solicitos. A limpeza é muito boa e café da manhã com muita variedade. A localização é excelente. Entretanto, os travesseiros não são confortáveis e não consegui conectar a TV aos canais abertos, mesmo depois de entrar em contato com o atendimento. Apesar do hotel de ter uma estrutura boa, as fotos aparentam que os quartos e recepção possuem uma estrutura bem Melhor.

Muito bom para quem vai a trabalho.

Hotel bem localizado no centro de Florianópolis, ótima relação custo x benefício, quarto muito bom, espaçoso, muito limpo, banheiro também, fui informado que o sistema de TV a cabo estava passando por manutenção por isso muitos problemas de sintonia. Reservei sem café da manhã (que é fornecido por uma doceria à parte).

Péssima recepção, valor não condiz com o serviço

Nos hospedamos no hotel e tivemos uma das piores experiências de atendimento que já vivenciamos. Chegamos por volta da meia-noite, exaustos e com poucas horas de descanso antes de pegar um voo às 4h da manhã. Esperávamos um check-in simples e ágil — mas infelizmente fomos recebidos com lentidão, falta de preparo e, pior, má educação. Uma funcionária demorou excessivamente para realizar os procedimentos. Até aí, poderia ser contornado. Mas o mais grave foi a atitude grosseira de um segundo funcionário, um grosso e mal humorado chamado ROGER que sequer estava nos atendendo diretamente e resolveu interferir dizendo que “deveríamos ter chegado mais cedo” se quiséssemos ser atendidos com rapidez. Ficou se metendo e resmungando sendo que nem era ele que nos atendia! Um comentário infeliz, desnecessário e totalmente fora do padrão esperado para quem trabalha com hospitalidade. Nos sentimos desrespeitados e constrangidos em um momento de cansaço extremo. Além da garagem ser na outra quadra o que demorou bem mais, o valor não condiz com o que entrega! Não recomendamos esse hotel para quem valoriza bom atendimento, empatia e acolhimento — especialmente em situações em que o mínimo que se espera é cordialidade.
