Perfect for First in Florianopolis

Hotel is new and in great condition. K-Platz market in same building provides number of different eating options. The hotel has a great breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and kept up very well. The staff was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was better than average for a hotel buffet breakfast. There are limited dining choices in the neighborhood of the hotel, but it was not a problem. The room rate was amazing considering the quality of the hotel! I will definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Staff was amazing! Room was super clean and they treated my dog really well. They had the room prepared for her, with a dog bed and bowls to eat and drink. Staff also helped me by sending an item that I forgot in the room via Fedex. I will definitely stay there again!

The view of the ocean was one for the ages! I enjoyed my stay, except for the lack of accommodation for an early check-in compared to Hotel Laghetto Stilo São Paulo that was able to accommodate me. Otherwise it’s a great hotel

1 The hotel is a nice 4 star hotel . Rooms ate good not amazing . Good ( i stayed in a large one 701 that even had a microwave perfect for a family visiting ) My biggest complaint is that they did not had any one for the bags ( no bell boy ) but then again is a 4 star hotel . Breakfast was very good . Will stay again because the location is perfect for me because is near my family house .

I absolutely loved this property and would come back anything. I want to give a shout out to receptionist Patricia who was such a great help. The only complaint I have was a nightly noise above my room. It sounded mechanical. If it was someone’s CPAP machine I apologize for complaining. Loved it

Minha estadia no K Platz foi excelente do início ao fim. O atendimento da equipe do hotel é realmente excepcional — todos muito atenciosos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. Os quartos são impecáveis, amplos, muito bem cuidados e com um padrão de limpeza e conforto que impressiona. As instalações do hotel são modernas e bem planejadas, oferecendo uma experiência agradável tanto para descanso quanto para trabalho. A única observação fica em relação ao spa, que infelizmente não respondeu aos meus contatos. Seria ótimo se esse ponto tivesse a mesma eficiência e atenção do restante do hotel. Ainda assim, minha experiência geral foi extremamente positiva, e certamente voltaria a me hospedar. Recomendo fortemente o K Platz!

O atendimento, da recepção ao manobrista, é muito bom! O café da manhã é delicioso e o hotel é muito bem localizado - no mesmo edifício, anexo ao hotel, tem várias opções gastronômicas (café, vinhos, pizzaria…) Recomendo muito!
