"The room was not very clean when we checked in. I most certainly could have swept and mopped and cleaned the kitchen if I had brought cleaning supplies, but I have never had to bring a broom to a hotel! If you are staying for a long time, bring cleaning supplies. We were offered one cleaning for an 8 day stay. Access to additional towels and supplies was great; simply go to the laundry room and grab what you need and drop off your dirty towels. There was one SMALL bar of soap provided. No dishwasher pods, no dish soap, no paper towels...nothig like in a normal hotel or extended suite hotel like a Springhill. So you must bring everything. There is plenty of space in the room, a decent closet and desk. $ plates, cups, and bowls. A couple of cooking pans. 4 silverware sets. Not much. Full fridge, oven and microwave. The grounds are kept well, the courtyard is really nice and access to a grill is convienent. Someone was out there grilling their dinner each night, so you definiety have to share. Parking is easy and the price was very affordable. My college kids had to stay there for the week and they felt safe. I did have to drive to Tally and check them in since they weren't 21. No keyless entry (no iphone key app)."

"My family and I stayed here during an overnight trip to pick my daughter up from school. The room was spacious enough and the location was closed to everything we needed for the short trip. The room was clean and breakfast look like there was a variety to choose from, but we did not partake due the time constraint. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time and we were about to check into our room. The only con I had was that we were not able to utilize the pull-out sofa bed. There were no bedding and we really didn't want to go through the hassle of having someone bring or go get it. Overall, it worked for my family, and I would stay again and recommend to someone else."

"We had an incident - there were flies coming up through the shower drain - and the staff responded quickly and moved us to another room. A fire alarm went off twice early in the morning in an adjacent room, and they sent someone quickly on both occasions to investigate and shut it down, but I did have to get up, go into the hallway to isolate the source, and call the front desk twice. The building dates to the 1960s; probably for that reason it was not as well designed as more contemporary hotels to block out traffic noise. The staff, decor, restaurant and service were otherwise excellent."

"Any issues that I have with the hotel were easily attributed to the construction being done. Overall, it's nice and the staff is wonderful, everyone from the morning front desk staff to the overnight, and even the valet gentlemen(they were all polite and sweet)."
