โI booked the hotel Duval through Hotels.com. When I went to check in, they said that my reservation did not exist in their system. Through several hours of trying to accommodate us, they were able to find the reservation and although we asked for a room with two queen beds they gave us two separate rooms with a queen bed in each overall, this situation was very stressful, but they managed to do what they could do and provide us with great customer service in the end โ
โThe lady who checked us in at the front desk greeted us immediately, with a smile, and was very pleasant during the check in process. she was also funny. great front desk experience.โ
โThe staff at this hotel was by far the nicest, friendliest, most pleasant group of people! Kudos to this manager and the staff. We went for Family Weekend at FSU and will definitely be staying here every time we go up ๐โ
โThis was a great find it was one of the nicest cleanest hotels. Iโve been at in Tallahassee. I really appreciate all the little touches. The room was excellent. The facilities were wonderful very clean very safe and a nice breakfast to start the day off.โ
โThe front desk lady did us an awesome favorite today! My daughter who attends FAMU left her wallet and keys attach at the hotel. We called her and she was able to get someone to get them and we pick them up! No problems at all, just quick actions! Great customer service!โ
