I booked this last minute as I had a family emergency. I was surprised how wonderful this room was for me. It was a nice large, clean, and comfortable room. I am from California and constantly hear about bugs in Tally hotels and in this one, not a one. It was extremely clean. The only issue I had was on the second and third morning the water in the shower didn't get quite hot enough for me. But hey, it was warm enough to get clean. The only other thing I might suggest to the hotel is add some potatoes to breakfast and maybe some hot sauce. Other than that i loved the stay and every time I'm in Tally i will look at the Clarion.

This hotel was not ideal… it was a great price, but you get what you pay for. Smells of weed, incense, and other scents hit you as you walked down the hallway to your room. Room was humid and hot. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel had a strong odor, maybe a food odor. The rooms were very clean. However, lights in the bathroom were poor. One light fixture with three bulbs in the bathroom and two of the bulbs were so dim. We took care of the odor with scented Lysol in our room. Beds slept good but sheets did not fit well. Minimal comforts in the room.

My stay at the Clarion Inn & Suites Tallahassee – Capitol was a pleasant surprise. 3️⃣ The Breakfast A good morning starts with good options, and this breakfast did not disappoint. Fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, and all the basics you need to start your day right. For travelers on the go, having a full breakfast included makes a big difference. 2️⃣ The Staff The friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to help. That kind of hospitality always makes a stay feel more comfortable. 1️⃣ The Location This was my favorite part. The hotel is very close to the interstate, which makes it perfect if you’re traveling through Tallahassee and need a convenient stop. You’re not driving deep into the city, so getting back on the road in the morning is quick and easy. And I have to say—the hotel has a surprisingly swanky vibe. It’s stylish, comfortable, and definitely nicer than you might expect for a quick travel stop.
